Dear North Fork Dental Care, I appreciated that you took my son on short notice and did all his pre-mission dental work and even set up to do his wisdom teeth. That was a huge help and you did it quickly (before the end of January) and I thank you for that. I was grateful when I called your office that you took the time to talk to me, even the doctor talked to me and I really appreciated that and I felt much better. Plus you assured me you would talk to my son about what he needed to do and make sure he would be ok (as I was not there to do so) Thank you very much for that too. I appreciated that you called me afterwards to tell me how it went and even read me the instructions, even though being in another state I would not be there to help, still I appreciated you including me in. Also after his post op visit again you called me. Thank you very much. Dr. James Thomason is the best dentist I have ever gone to & I have been to quite a few. Others have made me feel that my crooked front teeth would be impossible to fix without braces. Dr. Thomason gave me a smile I love in just four visits. He is fast, professional, & painless in every way. I had grandchilden that lost sleep over their anxiety in going to a dentist & would complain for several days after of pain. Now they actually look forward to their visit to Dr. Thomason. I had a root canal done 2 weeks ago and Dr. Thomason and his staff were EXCELLENT! I was VERY nervous about the procedure because I had, had a horrible experience previously at another office and the assistants and the Dr. all talked me through everything before it happened. They give you headphones to drown out the noise of the drills and there is a TV on the ceiling that you can watch a movie or show on to distract you during the visit. Everybody was super nice and enjoyable to be around. My husband also had a root canal done the week before me, and he too had a wonderful, quick experience. The office is very nice and has a comforting feeling. I would certainly recommend others to see Dr. Thomason and I know we'll be going back in the future!
